Precision Practices Case Studies

Strong businesses do not always have an expertise problem. Sometimes the market simply cannot see what makes them strong.

These case studies show what happens when we look beneath the surface, including when we turn the same scrutiny on ourselves: where authority is getting lost, where growth is being constrained, and what needs to change first.

5 Different businesses. Different constraints.
240 Point diagnostic frameworks turn hidden friction into something measurable.
1 Goal Find the changes most likely to materially improve performance.

The obvious problem is not always the real problem.

More traffic. More content. More marketing. More technology. Those are easy prescriptions. But prescribing before diagnosing is how businesses spend a lot of money fixing the wrong thing. Our work starts by identifying what is actually getting in the way.

AI Visibility Audit

Limited AI Visibility
Bay Area Business Transactional Law Firm
Case Study 01 · B2B Law Firm

Decades of business law experience. But AI could barely see it.

This respected Bay Area firm had sophisticated attorneys, substantive expertise and strong professional relationships. The problem was not credibility. Too little of that credibility had been translated into the signals AI systems could readily discover, understand and trust.

The strategic finding

The firm did not need to manufacture expertise. It needed to make the expertise it already possessed easier for AI to recognize.

Competitive but Inconsistent
Houston Personal Injury Law Firm
Case Study 02 · Personal Injury

1,800+ reviews. A 4.9-star rating. And still at risk of being skipped by AI.

This firm already had the reputation, reviews, credentials, attorneys and extensive content many competitors would envy. Yet when prospective clients moved from searching for the firm's name to asking AI who they should hire, its position became far less certain.

The strategic finding

The problem was not recognition. It was selection. The answer was not more content. It was concentrating and structuring the authority the firm already had.

Fundamentally Sound. Structurally Inefficient.
California Employee-Side Employment Law Firm
Case Study 03 · Clarity & Conversion

The firm had the credibility. Its website was not converting it.

An accomplished California employment law firm had compelling courtroom results and substantial legal authority. But prospects had to work too hard to understand the firm's value, determine whether their matter was a fit and know what would happen next.

The strategic finding

Before spending more to create demand, fix the experience converting the demand that already exists.

Law Firm SEO & Authority Architecture

to page-one movement
Houston Maritime Law Firm
Case Study 04 · Law Firm Website Authority

The firm did not need more authority. It needed an architecture that made its authority easier to understand.

We rebuilt an established law firm's website around connected expertise rather than disconnected pages and keywords. Within the first 14 days, major practice areas moved from positions 61 and 40 to page one, while several high-intent searches reached the top three.

AI Visible Leader
Precision Practices · One Year After Launch
Case Study 04 · Professional Services

We built for where discovery was going. A year later, we audited ourselves.

Precision Practices launched with one advantage most established firms do not have: a blank slate. Rather than retrofit AI visibility onto a legacy website, we built from the beginning for both traditional search and the way AI systems discover, understand and evaluate expertise.

The strategic finding

After nearly 300 AI visibility audits, our own one-year-old site ranked among the strongest we had evaluated. The lesson was not that SEO no longer matters. It was that newer firms can compete much faster when authority, structure and machine readability are built in from the beginning.

We do not start with the answer. We start with the problem.

One firm needed stronger AI-readable authority signals. Another already had enormous digital authority but needed to concentrate it. A third needed to improve clarity and conversion before investing another dollar in traffic. And when we applied the same discipline to Precision Practices, we saw what happens when modern search and AI visibility are designed into the foundation rather than added later.

That distinction matters. There is no single prescription for visibility or growth. Strategy becomes expensive very quickly when every problem is treated as a marketing problem.

Our role is to understand what is actually happening, separate symptoms from causes, and give leadership a practical path forward.

More work. More evidence. More lessons from the field.

We will continue adding case studies across AI visibility, clarity, positioning, growth strategy, client experience and professional services as the work develops.

You probably already know something is getting in the way. The harder question is what.

We help leadership teams find the real constraint, understand what deserves attention now and build a practical strategy around the things most likely to move the business forward.
